    Me again – forgot one question:

    Can I apply points for past orders that had been placed before I install the plugin?

    There’s no backward processing of previous orders.
    The only solution would be to give points manually to your customers.

    If you had another loyalty plugins, you’ll have to copy your customers points.

    If WooRewards is your first loyalty system, you can be creative and, for example, set a special “Loyalty program” event that gives the double amount of points for the first month.
