Prepopulate checkout

I really appreciate if someone could give us a hand ??

We have a one product store and there is not really any change of repurchase. So everyone is a visitor when they place the order.

We want to streamline the checkout process by prepopulating some of the fields.

I was wondering if it is possible to:
1) use “bootstrap tour” to collect information from a visitor

b) get the first name, last name and email this way
2) then use the user input to prepopulate checkout fields
a) naturally the visitor is free to edit or remove the input
