Prepend custom link

    So, I am building a site at https://subdomain.domain.com and breacrumbs work great.
    But, before the first link (that links to homepage), I would like to include a custom link which links to main domain, so instead of:
    Home > Some page
    it becomes:
    Custom Link > Home > Some page

    Any easy way to do that?
