Preorder button and text not displayed

Doesnt look like the plugin is working for me. No changes when product is viewed. General and product settings:

https://ibb.co/tL7TNspWhen product is opened in frontend, it still shows as out of stock. Tried deleting cache as well. Any suggestions? Thanks!
