Premuim payment link loops

My Premium site is about to expire, as the renewal didn’t go through. Now when clicking the “Manage Plan” button under the Premium plan, it takes me to “Looking to upgrade” screen with an “Upgrade Now” button… but when I click on that, it tames me back to the Free/Premium/Business Plans screen. If I click again on Manage Plan, it just goes back to “Looking to upgrade”, and round and round again.

The site was created for my client by someone else, who is now still an admin, but is moving on to other things. My client gets the same loop when attempting to renew.

The site expires end of February… my client is happy hosting here, and we’d rather not have to move it.
