Your plugin has one filter ‘request’ which catches all the parameters from the ‘$wp-> request’ and passes on parameters necessary for your plugin. It is removing all other parameters including our affiliate tracking parameter ‘ref’. Because of which affiliate’s cookie and thus commission is not tracking.

You need to support other URL parameters as then only affiliate tracking will work on our site.

Please provide a solution for this.

    Hi there!
I passed on this information to our programmers.
When developing the next versions of the plugin, they will try to take this into account.

    Hello

Any news about this? This issue really holds us back from promoting our affiliate program.

    Hi there!

Unfortunately, the developers haven’t yet started analyzing this problem.

    Hi there!

Could you please write to our support team (https://prntscr.com/1s65eck) and provide us with the Affiliate for WooCommerce plugin archive?

This will greatly help us in finding a possible problem.

    Hi

We don’t have an upgraded version so it doesn’t let me contact there.

Unfortunately, in this case, the cost of this plugin ($ 129) complicates the solution to your problem.

So you won’t fix the problem until I pay for the subscription? There are more users facing the same issue and some of them definitely have the premium. I just don’t need paid features at this time.

    Hi there!

At the moment, there is no one who would provide us with the Affiliate for WooCommerce plugin for debugging.

Ah, I think I understood you wrong. I thought you need me to upgrade the Premmerce Permalink Manager plugin to be able to look into the problem. I can send the Affiliate plugin file with no problem. But where? I cannot contact through the plugin contact form, i’m using free version. Please give me an email or something where I can send the plugin.

If the conflict with our plugin will be confirmed, the fix will be added in one of the future plugin updates.
