Premium Version: Report currency conversion rate not in CSV download

    David, I have just purchased the premium version of the plugin, and I am testing it.

    I seems that the conversion rate (“VAT reporting currency” tab) does not appear in the order details, and it is not to be found in the downloadable CSV report.

    The base and order currency is USD, and my reporting currency is EURO.

    Maybe I am missing something here. Can you point me into the right direction?
