Premium version full with bugs

I asked for support but no response. Bought the premium version licence as I needed more extended options for taxonomies. Even though I was told beforehand that the plugin is compatible with WPML its not. As this became apparent, I decided to just do all settings for the non-translated version of my website and was happy with the result. Today I see to my horror that all settings are not the same as I left them a couple of days ago and all widgets are messed up. No matter what I try, I can’t fix things. Widgets just appear randomly on wrong pages and then just disappear. This is very upsetting and unacceptable.
Please would it be possible to get some support?
