• I had a very negative experience with this company.

The free version of this plugin worked fine on my site but after upgrading to the paid version it broke my website, adding random nonsense and links to my header and destroying the navigation menu.

So I downgraded back to the free version and just wrote my own CSS code (the style options are really the only difference between the free and paid versions).

After contacting support, explaining the situation, providing them with screenshots, and wasting a bunch of time answering pointless questions, I was told they could not issue me a refund because their payment system “does not allow refunds.”

    Um…what?

I have purchased hundreds of WordPress plugins over the years and have had to return dozens of them and I have NEVER been denied a refund. It is basic etiquette not to charge people for products that don’t work for them!

Very disappointed in this company and I will not be purchasing anything from them ever again. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They will take it and run. Stick with the free version or just use a different plugin…

    1. If the free version works on your site there is a zero chance of the pro version breaking anything unless you have a broken theme or other plugins that misbehave.

    2. At no place we even hint that we are doing refunds. Maybe we should be, as you suggest, like other plugins, ask you for inflated prices and auto subscribe you to renewals, and then we will be happy to refund for whatever reason….

    3. If you have bothered to ask you would have got an explenation how to test the pro version without requiring a license.
