Premium Version

When I click on any link to see about the premium version, I get a “server not found” error message. This may be because I block many adblockers and you may be going through one of them. I would like to know what the premium version provides and what the cost is. Also the Donate button appears to only accept donation in Euros. Might get more donations if you also accept other denominations.
