    I paid for the Personal $99/plan, never received a Welcome email and your system doesn’t recognize my email so I can’t reset password. On your website, your support policy says “Only premium users can open a new topic.” so since I can’t login I can’t post this in your support forum. I’m frustrated because I am unable to use the plugin that I just paid for and we are heading into a holiday weekend. So hoping someone from your support will be able to help me soon.

    I emailed you through your contact form on the website but you also say “We rarely support via email. Email is mostly used for sending private info. Please use this support forum first before sending us emails”

    Hi @miku88 ,

    Sorry for the confusion. We sent an email with the account details to the email you used to buy the plugins. This email might be in the Spam folder, or if you paid via Paypal, it would be your Paypal email. So please check these places as well.

    If you still haven’t get it, please send us a message via the Contact form at https://metabox.io/contact/ and we’ll look into it for you asap. This is not a support question (technically which should be posted on the forum), so don’t worry about the message.

    I sent a message via the contact form on your website yesterday, right before I posted this in the WordPress forum. I checked all my inboxes, including spam. There’s no email from metabox.

    I received your email, thanks, but I still can’t access metabox. It’s the strangest thing. I used the password you sent me with my main email and all the other emails it could possibly be. I also did a password reset with all my emails. Your system is not recognizing me.

    I found the problem. The email you entered when purchasing is incorrect. I’ve just updated your email, and now you can login again. Details are sent to your email. Please check.
