Premium User MANY Bounced Emails

I’ve sent two support requests: one through the backend and one through the premium support on your site. I have not received any answers. We are using the MailPoet sending service.
Many from yahoo and aol marked bounced, but also gmail. All are valid email address. They were engaging with content.
Residents of the Home Owners Assoc., who engage with our content are coming to the HOA office because they are no longer getting emails. These individuals stopped getting these emails about two weeks ago. They have valid email addresses. They are nearly all yahoo, hotmail, and aol. Highland Lakes uses the MailPoet sending service. The client (Highland Lakes HOA) was having none of these issues until two weeks ago.
– Subscribers who engage with content (open the emails) not receiving email as of about 2 weeks ago
– Same subscribers are on the bounced list
– Tested emails to these addresses and they are working emails
– Primarily yahoo, aol, hotmail addresses but there are a few gmail and vanity domains, snet, and tampabay.rr.com
