Premium support not working: not allowed to access the page

    Hi,
    So I wanted to extend my premium license, but I do that it says my license is activated on 2 sites. It should only be activated on 1 site so I wanted to contact support. But when I click the contact support button from wp-admin it says something like I don’t have sufficient rights to view the page. I am however the only administrator on that site.

    So what is going wrong. Please contact me.
