    Hello, I have sent several messages through the support page but i have not received a response yet.

    I accidentally purchased two copies of your plugin and I only need one. Can you give a refund for the second one? Order #7127

    I like your plugin but i might have to leave a poor review because of lack of support. It has been more than 1 week and no response on this issue.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
