Premium Support No Reply

Hello, i have opened a ticket on premium support on 2 october but still unresolved! and from last 3 weeks no reply

Also i had sent customization request 4 months ago, also the same i sent 3 days ago but no response! So i open a ticket here, and here i am told to open premium support, but premium support replies are very slow
