Premium Support MIA No Response For Weeks

We purchased the premium version of this plugin and were using it for a year with no issues. Then it started throwing errors recently, potentially related to PHP 8 upgrade. I have submitted multiple support tickets through the premium channel and have gotten no response. Going to have to dispute the charge I suppose unless somebody will actually respond.
