    I tried to contact wprssaggregator via the official channel (as a paying customer). After completing the contact form and pressing “Send”, the spinning wheel beside “Send” keeps spinning but the form is not submitted.

    I tried two different browsers (Safari and Chrome) and tested at different times of the day.

    Hi @englk2002, we’ve tested the contact form this morning and confirmed that it’s working on our end. We’re also receiving messages from other customers, so this doesn’t appear to be something that’s affecting everyone.

    As @mikeyboo mentioned, please reach out directly to the email address provided above with your questions. You may also send us a screenshot of the form you tried submitting so we can attempt to reproduce the same exact steps.
