    The Premium Get Help form doesn’t work. I fill out the form and get a message that says “Unable to save changes” and the text says “The server encountered an error while processing your request.”

    Is there any other way to get help request message to Premium Support?

    Hi @lillylark, thanks for reaching out.

    Unfortunately I’m limited in being able to support the premium product here on the forums. Am I right in saying you’re receiving errors when trying to create a support ticket after logging into https://support.wordfence.com? If so, I would try a different browser to your usual choice (or an incognito/private window) in case plugins or caching are stopping the form from working correctly. We have been receiving messages from other customers so there’s a chance it could be a local problem on your browser.

    If you’re unable to access your account at all, please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide the email address or username that is associated with the account so we can assist you further. This email address may also be appropriate to contact so that the team can look into why the form doesn’t work for your account if none of the above suggestions work.
