Premium support does not reply. Beware!

While the product is good. I no longer need it. I created a support ticket at https://techbanker.freshdesk.com/ where [email protected] directed. I have tried to contact them to cancel developer edition subscription I have but support does not reply. I have left paypal a not that I have attempted to cancel the subscription. Hopefully next year there will be no charge to my account.
How can I cancel the subscription?
