• 3 days trying to get JETPACK BOOST to run at its fullest potential. Still not there. They claim too have support but ive talked to 3 different support reps and received 3 different solutions that do not work. They do not have phone support and will make you speak to multiple different FOREIGN support specialist that have yet to offer support. One of them suggested i just deal with it and told me to deactivate 3 cache plugins and it still does not work. I should not have to deal with this for 3 days. It has taken a lot of my time and i have spent around $200 with them in the last 3 days. One would think they can take care of something or at least have a real conversation with there paying client in less than a 24 hour period. If your not a web designer and a regular business owner like me, YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT ANY SUPPORT FROM THIS COMPANY. Youll just get a bunch of guys from India or somewhere that dont care and dont help. Someone at jetpack needs to stop hiring these contractors and light a fire under there so call “Support” specialist asses.
