PREMIUM SUPPORT?

I ordered a premium support token and registered the details of my request. I received nothing until I sent a follow-up email a week or so later. And that was just a follow-up “do you mean you want…?” query (which I replied to as it was incorrect). Since then I have heard absolutely nothing.
If you charge for Premium Support (as you do) then you have a duty to deliver the service as promised. What do I have to do to get support from you guys???
I’m sure other members of the forum will take note of the poor value for money I am receiving…
