    Hello for the premium users is there any premium supports as it says on the website?

    Ive maked a ticket 3-4days ago on premium support with my license key but i got no answer till now , i bought the premium version of the plugin so i can get some answers when i need help with the premium support but it s a disappointment this premium support since i got no answer after all these days. I want to know if there was any issue with the premium support idk . ty
