My apology for this late reply.
We have discussed in team and considered our current condition in manpower and time, we cannot provide premium support for Q&A plugin yet.

So far, we have tried best to make the plugin can be installed and work with all WordPress themes. Of course, after install, some minor styling will be needed to make the plugin look good.

We are researching on the solution for this. Believe it, we, more than anyone, want our plugin to be used in more and more themes.

If you have any idea, any suggestion please share. We welcome all the contribution.

I wanted to comment that I would also pay for your plugin. I just set it up and it looks to be working great (one small issue that I will search for on here and then ask about if I can’t find). I am about to send out a mass email to about 11,000 users telling them about new feature on website. I hope they don’t break it! Thanks again!

Only on www.remarpro.com you will find over 2.200 themes… added the premium themes you can find on the web, you will have to go over 10K of themes.

That will take ages…

It’s a great plug-in with huge opportunity !

I’m not a developer, but would a shortcode which places the Q&A on a page solve the problem ?

It’s tough work, we know that.
But it’s just a temporary solution while we are working on a solution to make the plugin to be compatible with almost WordPress themes.

I’v just tested another (very simular in layout, but with even more options) and that one works perfect with all sidebar and theme options.

It only cost $ 20,- , so I went for that one.

Their are many plugins available, but I personally think and suggest that DW is the best.

Its free.
Support is also good.
And important thing is, this plugin is created by Joomla Art, i tried many products of Joomla Art and they are gr8.

Fully agree that the support is good, and I also like this plug-in.

But it’s still not working with many themes and also not with the one I’m using.

As said the plug-in I’m using now does exactly the same and has some more functionallities, but most important it fit’s in my theme.

It’s just not a only matter of having a free item.

Anyway, your opinion is respected.
