    Two questions:

    1. Where is Premium support?

    2. The plugin do not accept any configuration change. The same problema I haved with free version.

    The width is fixed in 450px and not change. The same to all others parameters.

    In this moment the plugin is disable.

    1. Where is Premium support?

    Not here. Any “premium” topics get closed when found with a note like this.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
