• We’ve submitted two separate support requests via the “premium support” system, one last week and one the week before that (related to decimal and thousand separator bugs and and payment gateway summary report bug) and have not received any reply. As I see you guys are answering here, could it be that your premium support is not working?

    I saw your ticket on Github and replied there (see here: https://github.com/WordImpress/Give/pull/1001#issuecomment-245030019), we didn’t receive anything from you through our Premium Support at all. Here’s my reply from Github:

    Regarding the decimal separator, you can swap that out yourself in “Donations > Settings > General”. There’s some small bugs regarding separators that we’re releasing in Give 1.6.1 today, but that shouldn’t impact the German setup at all.
