Premium subscriber: current version not updating?

(I looked for a premium support address on my premium license email, and did not find one, so I’m asking this here…)
I have version 3.0, and another piece of software that tracks updates says the current version is 3.1. My current version does not indicate that there is an update.
Which is correct? If 3.1 is the current version, how do you recommend I update from 3.0?
