Premium service?

Support service is more or less not existent: they reply every time after one day and it seems they have not clear ideas on how to solve issues; they send an email and ask for information, you reply and they reply again after one day, if you are lucky, asking again for information.
It’s one week we have a problem and they seems not to understand what it is. They’ve sent some suggestions we can find by ourselves and, of course, issue is still in place.
This is not the first time Mialpoet (premium) support have this kind of behavior and we’ll probably do not renew the license because there are many other instruments to manage newsletters with a much much better support.
Plugin may be good, the support is the worst we ever had for a paid plugin.
