When trying to use the Premium server, I get the error message: “Error: Failed to get optimized image from remote server”. I can use the free servers as normal. Is there something currently wrong with the premium server? I want to use it as I have paid for it and require WebP optimisation.

We’ve been experiencing this issue for several months, we’ve logged two tickets through our Freemius account and had no reply.

Ah, just noticed there hasn’t been a reply on here for 7 months and I just paid to renew my subscription. I need to speak to my bank to get my money back.

Any news on this? We’re experiencing the same problem. We also get no feedback from the support.

Do whatever you can to get your money back and switch to an alternative image optimisation system (Although the free server is still working but does not support WebP which is important for me)

I have contacted both Freemius, Creative Motion, and Webcraftic without any reply so it seems they are all in it together. Reviews for Freemius are terrible: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/freemius.com

The problem has been fixed. I apologize, apparently we had a problem with the delivery of tickets. We will try to check everything and process it as soon as possible.

    Hi Alexander,

I can confirm that the premium server and therefore WebP is now working. What compensation will you be offering given that I paid for a service and received nothing for that payment for months?

    Hi Alexander,

I would like a response to this. You failed to provide a service for a considerable amount of time that I paid money for. You have a duty to offer compensation for this.

Are you now going back to ignoring messages from paying customers?

@foxrobinson Sorry, we are currently looking for a customer support person to handle requests. I understand that you have suffered losses due to the premium server issues. I have added an additional 4 months to your license to compensate for the period when the server was down.

@alexkovalevv We are also interested in a compensation. Over 30 websites were affected by the outage …

Thank you Alexander. I consider this issue now closed. Your product is great, your customer service is appalling (And I hear that you are addressing the latter).
