Premium: re. more icons and add custom icons

    Hello,

    I have two questions about the premium version regarding the premium features ‘more icons’ and ‘add custom icons’.

    Firstly, I read that the premium version has more icons to choose from. However, I can only choose from the same couple of icons I could choose from in the basic version. There aren’t any other icons I can choose from.

    The other thing is, that I read about being able to add custom icons. However, when I tried to do that, I had to pay an additional $12,-. I’m guessing that’s not right, otherwise it would (or should?) have said so in the features section of the premium version, right?

    Am I doing something wrong or am I looking in the wrong direction?

    Thanks for being with us, We hope, we never said we have more icons to choose from, may be more sharp quality icons, that means,Premium version icons are high quality than free ones.. This doesn’t means free ones are worst, they are optimized to have normal quality and so less file size.

    You can add upto 3 additional social media icons of your choice,

    We made this plugin a simple to use plugin with only the essential social medias, we are getting a lot of requests for many icons to integrate, according to countries, the social network usage/trends change, if we integrate everything, then we cant say, its a simple to use plugin ??

    We included the option to add custom social media icon in premium version . So according to users need, they can add what ever they wish, So you can add what ever icon you need. If you have trouble finding icons online, we do have option for such cases and that’s our icon gallery access.. we are always here to help clients..

    we will be including all the requested social media icons to the gallery for each 24 themes/style we support, and we will be adding more to gallery according to users request.

    Thanks for your answer. I must have misunderstood you meaning of the ‘more icons’ part, seeing as I interpret ‘more sharp quality icons’ as there would be more icons in a sharp quality, whereas you mean ‘sharper quality icons’, apparently. Could it be a problem with translation or is it just me?

    The gallery icon access costs $12,-, is that right? See, the problem is, I can’t just check out your gallery: the link you provide in the plugin leads to the basket, not to a gallery. Is this suppose to happen?

    Sorry for the misunderstanding, and inconvenience. Its a gallery access membership and no preview is available, if you cant find the icon you looking for after purchase, you can let us know and we will add them to gallery.
