Premium plugin – renewal invoices not generating

I have already emailed you directly for support on this, but no response so I am trying here.
I purchased your plugin because you state that it will work with Woocommerce Subscriptions and send out renewal invoices.
I have followed the steps to set up renewal invoices, but they are not being generated and I have angry customers!
Please response urgently.
