Thanks for getting back! I was thinking about contacting you via e-mail but then I thought that the answers to my questions would definitely be of interest to other users as well.

And yes, as @brianhenryie mentioned, I consider my questions to be pre-sale, meaning that I of course would be willing to buy the premium version if the suggested functions are available or can be made available.

I will briefly answer here, despite the same information will be found on the documentation page I have linked to you.

Offer & send push notifications for individual pages of (custom) post types, e.g. for custom post type “sports events” on pages “sports event 1” and “sports event 2” separately / individually?

As soon as a new post is published, a push notification is sent to registered devices and with the premium plugin “post” maybe any custom post type.

You can add any custom fields to registered subscribers (i.e. not anonymous) using the hook pnfw_register_custom_parameters.

Automatically send push notifications when a page is updated?

Push Notifications for WordPress sends notification when posts were published, so triggering notifications on page may require some customization on your side.
