• The first thing you should read in the plugin description is that Optinmonster is a premium plugin. You need to create an account and you need to pay in order to use this plugin.

This is not Codecanyon or an other company here, I’m on the free plugin deposit of WordPress. There’s no free version of this plugin, so I think this plugin shouldn’t be here.

Or at least, it should begin the long description to warn that it is a premium SaaS plugin, with account and suscription.

OptinMonster is a stand-alone paid service. This connector plugin is available to make it easy for our WordPress customers to find and connect their account. You MUST have an active OptinMonster subscription to use this plugin.

This is stated in our plugin description, but sadly most folks don’t read before leaving a review.

VaultPress (a product by Automattic parent company of WordPress.com) also have their connector plugin in the repository:

Hopefully this clarifies your concerns, and I request that you update your rating accordingly.
