Premium not working for me

  • I purchased the Premium version specifically for its ability to handle folder wildcards. This not working at all for me.

    There appears to be a conflict with the .JS files and I had to turn them off for the dropdown menus in the plugin to show up at all.

    Also, I submitted a support ticket 5 days ago and have heard nothing back.

    We are unable to solve your issue because you don’t give us login details
    to check, also you don’t give us screen-shots!
    if possible, please let us discuss the problem again to solve it.. we
    really need your help to detect the issue!
