    Hi,
    I have just noticed that media grid widget breaks from 2 to 1 column in desktop Firefox. Works fine with 2 columns in Safari and Chrome. What can cause the issue? Many thanks.

  • Hi @trelam,

    Hope you’re having a great day ??

    Well, I’ve checked your page and I can see that you’re using Lazyload option in Autoptimize plugin. So, could you please navigate to Plugin Settings > Image > Lazy-load exclusions and add “pa-gallery-image” and let me know if it did the trick?

    Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

    Hi!
    Many thanks. I exclude that class but it did not helped. I turned off Autoptimize and cache plugin and issue remains. What can I do about that?

    Hi @trelam,

    Hope you’re having a great day ??

    Well, could you please deactivate all plugins except Elementor and Premium Addons and check again if the issue still persists? This will help us to make sure if the issue is coming from Premium Addons or not.

    Hi, checked. Issue is still there only with Elementor and Premium Addons for Elementor turned on.

    Hi @trelam,

    Well, I’ve made a deep look into your website and I can see that you’re using the 7 theme. So, could you please navigate to WP Dashboard > Theme Options > Performance > Images lazy loading and disable it?

    Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

    Please let me know if it did the trick.

    Hi @trelam

    Hope you’re doing well today ??

    We have tried to reproduce the issue on our end, but everything seems to be working fine. So, could you please change the layout to Masonry and let me know if it did the trick?

    <script>
        window.onload = function() {
            var iso = new Isotope('.premium-gallery-container');
            iso.arrange({ percentPosition: false });
        };
    </script>

    Hi,
    I am fien, hope you are doing well too!
    Yes, changing grid layout to masonry helped!
    And this script?
    I should use it as well?
    It can change this mode globally?
    Would be nice cause I have more than a hundred pages with this widget…

    Hi @trelam

    So glad to hear that ??

    Well, the code above should do the trick without the need to change layout to Masonry.

    You can add it using Elementor HTML widget on your page. If you need to add it globally, you can use HTML widget by navigating to your WP Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets
