Premium is not working

  • Help! I purchased the Premium version and it is NOT WORKING. I’m extremely frustrated!

    I have followed all the steps in the instructions and when I go to my website in an Incognito Chrome Browser. But, the pop up is not appearing at all.

    Do I have to paste the short code somewhere (by shortcode I mean the snippit that’s in the right column under the “save” button).

    I am using MailChimp, not sure if you need that info.
