    Hello,

    I have a premium account and am trying to move to a new website. I need to find out how to export everything from my old website Product Catalog and move to my new website. It only lets me import products, but not product catalogs and other things… like tags, etc.

    Hi dawg1989,

    The import process doesn’t automatically create catalogs/tags/etc, so you would need to create these things before importing on your new site.

    Another alternative would be to export your database via PhpMyAdmin and reimport it on your new site.
