Premium "Free" plugin installed. any complication ?

    I wanted to buy a plugin but i can’t test it. Googling for a demo version I ended up with free download. I downloaded and installed it to test it and now deleted the plugin. Is my website now open for attacks and such ?

    My simple initial thought was better to play around with the plugin before buying to make sure I am doing the right purchase but now I’m a bit scared about those hacking stuff (besides I am not a very tech guy). Thanks all in advance.
