    Hi,

    Today I have lost the premium features of the plugin despite the premium licence still being active.

    Can you look into this urgently please?

    @andycannan please confirm with a screenshot that how your settings page does look? Premium flags are in red color or green color? If you flags are in green color then you are already using premium version and nothing to worry. Just let us know that which feature stopped working?

    All of the premium features are green however I am not getting any of the premium features. The main example of this is the file upload on the product page. It has just stopped working.

    Maybe your product selection is in reverse. Kindly check the other tab for products selection. Selected products will work and unchecked will not work.

    When did that change around? Also, the wording is now incorrect on that page because it says Select from the following products to enable selected products only. By default all products are considered enabled.

    That used to read select from the following products to disable deleted products only.

    Most of the users were perceiving these checkboxes for enabling items. By default all items are enabled because users expect it to work immediately after selecting the product page option. Sorry for the inconvenience, in fact I was getting getting support tickets that it is not working, so actually it was being misunderstood.
