Premium/Extensions Tab is not working

    Hello,
    I bougt an add-on and wanted to activate it but the Premium/Extensions Tab is not working so i can’t insert my login details there. I see the tab, but when I click it, nothing happens and I just see a white screen. How shall I proceed?
