Premium Extension time change till popup shows up

Hello,
i bought the premium extension for the plugin When is set the time in milli seconds, the popup shows up after 5 seconds, equal which time value i set. The browser caches are cleared, same behaviour, popup shows after 5 seconds.
Why this happen, how i can get this to work?
