Dear sirs,
Only in the last week I have tried to contact you via your website twice, via email [ redacted, do not post emails in these forums ] and Facebook but without response.As my company paid for a lifetime support, could you please reply to my support tickets or refund us for a support that we are not able to receive? We have a big project in stand-by because user verification doesn’t work!!!
