    Hi. We have a problem with a premium account suddenly not sending. I sent an support question on monday from within our account but no response yet. Added a new license key to the site which is reported to be valid and should be approved within a few hours, and that also did not happen yet. So I hope this support question will reach you ;).

    Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any emails from you this week.

    We’ve approved your free sending plan now, so sending should be working as expected.

    The mails are not for my personal email account but for the info@ account mentioned in the url. You did not receive them?

    By the way, i hear just now that our administration received an email that it has been approved!
