Premium account still not approved, no answer via mail

Hi. We have a problem with a premium account suddenly not sending. I sent an support question on monday from within our account but no response yet. Added a new license key to the site which is reported to be valid and should be approved within a few hours, and that also did not happen yet. So I hope this support question will reach you ;).
