Premium Account showing ads despite FREE OF BRANDING NO ADS

    On the pricing page on your website, it says free of branding and ads for all paid accounts.

    I have a a pro account and it showing ads and a link to a video promo targeted at blogger.

    I have 2 pro accounts for 2 business websites and it inappropriate to run ads like that on business website.

    I checked the settings to see if that can be disabled but there is option there. Pls advise if this is just an error or it there to stay.

    @nasad76 I just responded to your email. You must give us a chance to respond, we are located in New-York, and it’s almost midnight here. At least give us a chance to arrive the office ??

    Apology Vova. You guys have a great support which is much appreciated.

    The only thing is that it is for the past 2 days I have been having issues with the new update. I already spent much time it. It is better to run more testing for future updates to avoid all of this

    I understand your pain. We ran two weeks of testing, and tested every possible use-case. Unfortunately, in such a major releases, we cannot foresee everything. Unfortunately, about 1%-2% of the users get affected by this. You are one of these lucky 1% ??
