• The following case occurred:
The user has completed the subscription, but the period of his subscription is not over yet, and his role is premature. By the end of the subscription period, his role should be s2Member Level 1 but it has changed to Subscriber.
Something went wrong. Please check the functionality.
These are isolated cases, I tried to play on the stage, everything worked fine there. That described case happened on the prodi with a real user.

    @clavaque look for these please

    Hi julmasters,

Were you able to reproduce the behavior consistently? What are the steps to reproduce it?

What have you seen in common between the cases where it happened?

If you haven’t yet, please enable logging, and when it happens again, look for the relevant entries in all logs. WP Admin > s2Member > Log Files

    Hi @clavaque!

I have another case for another user:
    – cancelled their 1-year membership — should be active until April 26, 2023, but it is not.

    Stripe – shows it active.
    Wordpress – removed access immediately.

After cancellation of payments, the subscription must be active until the specified date, but it is immediately canceled and the user’s status is changed to Subscriber.

I have reviewed all the logs and can not find anything that would be related to this user.

But in the admin panel I see –
Administrative Notes: Demoted by s2Member: Tue May 3, 2022 1:00 pm UTC.

In the user data I see the following data:
    Role – Subscriber
    Registration Date – Mon Apr 26th, 2021
    EOT Time – Wed Apr 26th, 2023
