Preloader Plus conflict – cookie banner won’t go away

    Hello and thank you for this great plugin!

    The banner won’t go away if the user clicks on “Functional Only” or “Save Preferences” button. It will only go away if the user accepts “All Cookies”.

    There must be a conflict with the plugin “Preloader Plus” because I noticed that when I deactivate it everything works normally and I saw that this problem has been pointed out before by another user. Could you let me know if there is a fix so that I can keep using both plugins?

    Hello @konstantinak,

    Complianz currently does not support preloader plugins.

    Regardless, we will have a closer look at why this occurs exactly. I’m marking this as resolved for now, but please reach out if we can assist any further.

    Ok, thank you!

    FYI when I enable the soft wall feature it works normally.
