• Hi,

My preload option is not operating properly. It only loads files into the cache when the pages have been visited by either external crawlers or loaded by users. I have changed the cron to 1 min in wp control, (It was not working before i changed it anyways).

I check the cache folder on my server and it barely loads pages into the cache, only as explained above.

It’s been 24 hours so far and maybe 5% of the website pages have been cached.

Also the other issue for me is cookie sessions in php carts, how do I enable it to not cache the cookie session for the cart so people can view their cart contents in a cart widget?

Lastly, what happens for logged in wordpress users, does the plugin automatically cache their pages based off their cookies still or is no cache done for logged in users?

I have a question, is there a limit of 25 on the max posts it can preload? It still takes up to 2 days at 25 posts per minute to cache the entire website. Which is a problem as each item is updated twice daily with supplier stock levels meaning the cache will be cleared each time.

Whenever I put it above 25 posts in the wp-config it stops working correctly with curl errors, etc.

I have an 8 core processor dedicated server with 32 gb of ram

it means that you should not set the value more then 25.

    I don’t know either.

My question was in regards to your experience with your plugin, is that the limit your plugin can handle? As i am wondering whether to use wp rocket or purchase your premium plugin

no no. You don’t need to buy anything. The preload feature performance is related with the server performance. I don’t recommend to set the preload value more then 10.

But during the preload my cpu is <5% and memory <15% on preload 25

It’s a powerful dedicated server. So there is plenty more resources for it to do more pages (As i use a wp import all cron to update stock levels twice daily) the cache is not pre loading fast enough with 25 per 1 min, it takes 2 full days to cache everything

So it seems a limit with your plugin currently

So every time my stock levels change the cache is purged per product page meaning there will never be pre loaded fast enough, and it defeats the plugins purpose with this limited setting.

maybe there is a php timeout limit.

I have all php settings set pretty high, and timeout is at 300 seconds

maybe 300 seconds is not enough. I have no idea.
