preloader

I need the preloader to be activated immediately when clicking on the link; it currently takes a while after the click. my theme is shopical

(my website is an appweb that hides browser and so when clicking on any link the person does not know if the click was made and keeps clicking until the preloader appears that takes a while to activate)
