Preload uses sitemap and includes “excluded URLs”

Hi,

I think there has been a change to the plugin recently which means that the preload uses the sitemap (if available). I have thousands of posts which I do not want to be cached and so I have them in the URL exclusions box. However, the preload does create a file for these but then does not serve them as a cached page (which is correct) but this puts an extra drain on the server which spends a good hour creating files for pages that are not going to be served.

If this has been a recent change is there anyway we can go back to the old and more efficient way of doing things?
