Though using your Lazy load features.

additionally; you’re really just micro-optimizing there Zo, which generally means investing a lot of time in something that will bring little benefits.

https://www.zotezo.com/in/medicines/dolo-650-mg-tablet/ still does not have the preload in the HTML, whereas view-source:https://www.zotezo.com/in/medicines/dolo-650-mg-tablet/?sqdf=sqdf (the querystring “busts” the cache) does, so still a page caching issue Zo.

re. the other problems; some micro-issues cannot be solved, if I were you I would stop chasing the perfect numbers ??
