Preload key requests

Hello. PageSpeed ??Insights says that I should Preload key requests on this file:
https://avefrance.com/wp-content/plugins/userpro/css/userpro.min.css
But I have the following command in my header:
<link rel = “preload” href = “https://avefrance.com/wp-content/plugins/userpro/css/userpro.min.css” as = “style”>
She swears anyway. This was not the case before the update.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
